6. Make sure you use correct grammar so as not to affect your credibility negatively.
7. Use quotes or information about businesses, and most importantly have an angle that will appeal to journalists (often by connecting your release to current events or issues).
8. Effective releases usually utilize a strategy known as the inverted pyramid, which is written with the most important information and quotes first.
9. The body of your release should be more than one paragraph.
10. The final paragraph should restate and summarize the key points of your release.
11. Additional 1 Provide avenues for the reader to obtain additional information, demos, samples, etc., but please DO NOT include
Internet links.
12. Additional 2 Trademark acknowledgment, product or event timelines, availability, logistics, etc.
13. Additional 3 Background information about the company featured in the release, if appropriate, as well as any applicable safe harbour statement. ### (end with these characters) A FINAL NOTE: With an effective release, it should be possible to cut off the bottom half of the release and still provide journalists with sufficient information.

It is not necessary to hand submit your urls and or links created as a result of your content submissions to all or as many search engines as you can. Submit them only to the Google search engine because most of the other search engines on the internet index off the Google search engine. This is a fact as I have tested this myself. Press releases stay 'live' and ranked on the search engines for about 18 months. This is one of the benefits of good search engine optimisation.
Once you start obtaining good search engine positions all you have to do from that point onwards is to refresh your information. This does not mean back off from writing good original focussed specific keyword content. This means that you refresh your information by following your press releases up with ezine articles, blog posts and forum posts. Do hyphens in your url get you higher in Google? This depends on the fact that you remain keyword specific when creating those domains.
Have the validated keywords that promote your business as part of the url that you purchase. Separating the words in your domain with hyphens ensures that every word in that url is spidered by the search engine spiders. This means that each word is a keyword term searched by the spiders instead of just one keyword which is usually the way most people create and purchase their domains. So yes, hyphens in your url, as long as they are keyword specific, create a better chance of your website landing in higher positions on the Google search engine.
Can you use the results of searches in Google as an indication of keyword popularity? The answer here is yes and no. I think it is very important in terms of making sales with your website, that you want your website in a keyword category where the average visitor and potential customer will using those keywords and phrases to search for your products and services in the Google search box. For example an effective keyword phrase or category for search engine optimisation that will attract the average potential customer would be "how do I get my website listed on Google".
This would be a good keyword term. That is what average people will be writing into the search boxes of the search engines. These people probably don't know anything about internet marketing strategies and techniques, so you need to understand what words they would use as part of their searches. A general rule of thumb is that the higher the keyword category (i.e. the greater the total number of results shown in a search on the search engines) the more difficult it is to achieve first page ranking on the search engines for that keyword term or phrase.

If these people are the SEO gurus they claim to be then type their full name into the Google search box and note the results. Those that have a lot of content and have placed a lot of information out on the internet and on Google as search engine optimisation SEO services specialist will have many results pop up in that search.
This proves whether they are who they claim they are. Once you are on the first page of Google you need to continue writing Press Releases and daisy chain them together and also update your website content daily. Write a press release every day for at least 3 weeks announcing your website. Then follow them up with a set of ezine articles every day, also for about three weeks.
This should set you up nicely on the search engines. A technique that I use that is extremely effective is to write the press release content. Take that content place it into an ezine article and write an extra paragraph at the bottom of the press release content to form your ezine article. Then take the content of Ezine article add an extra paragraph of focussed original keyword specific content and submit it to your blog. Then lastly take the content of your blog post add an extra paragraph of focussed original keyword specific content and submit it to your forum. In each case every article or post described above is as seen by the search engine spiders as original content due to the extra paragraph of content added respectively.
This is what I do with my own content and for my search engine optimisation SEO clients. Another very critical vital and important search engine optimisation technique is to remember that every time you add content anywhere, you must hand submit or index the link created to the Google search engine every time. Indexing and hand submitting your site or link informs the search engine spiders that you have added content and that you want them to visit your site by spidering that link.
Updating content and not indexing your link will not automatically force the spiders to visit your information. Remember to constantly add content to your actual website regularly as well and index your website url regularly. If you constantly update the content on your website Google will actually plan on you coming back to add content and to index your website. This means that a Google search engine spider could be permanently attached to your website because it knows you update your content on a regular basis.
If you are not writing press releases you definitely need to start writing them immediately. A press release will get to the first page of Google within three to ten days. What you are accomplishing by writing and publishing press releases is you are writing validated keyword and keyword phrases in your press release content which refer to and contains the link to your business or opportunity. Third. The summary section required in a press release is your Meta tag description. So be short and sweet and keyword specific as well in your press release summary. A press release announces your opportunity and website to the internet. Fourth. In the body section of your press release write the keyword specific content in third person. Do not use the words "I" or "you". You can use words like "he”, "she", "they" to ensure that it is in third person.
Imagine that you are being interviewed by yourself and then you write a report on that interview it has to be in third person as you would be referring to yourself and what you said during that interview. All statements from yourself will then be in quotation marks. Write about your program, opportunity, business, products and services in a non advertising manner. The tool will show daily or monthly searches conducted by users on the internet for those keywords and keyword phrases.
Depending on your results you need to choose the best and most frequently searched words and phrase. If you type in your chosen keyword or phrase and search for it on Google make sure that the results obtained are not too many as it will then be difficult and a lot of work to get a first page ranking amongst these huge volume results.
